Wezlo is committed to providing reliable, high-quality smart lighting products. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide the following limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
Product Warranty Period
Light Strips 1 Year
Light Bulbs 1 Year
Permanent Outdoor String Lights 3 Years
During the applicable warranty period, Wezlo will, at its discretion, repair or replace a product that is determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product during the applicable warranty period.
If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be defective, Wezlo may provide a replacement product or replacement part, where applicable.
Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and will be equivalent in function to the original product.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:
Improper use, misuse, abuse, or accidents.
Improper installation, wiring, or electrical connections.
Failure to follow the installation, operating, or safety instructions.
Unauthorized modification, alteration, or disassembly of the product.
Use of incompatible accessories, power supplies, or components.
Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or handling.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
Damage caused by external factors beyond Wezlo's reasonable control.
Damage resulting from use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
Installation, removal, reinstallation, or other labor costs.
Any loss or damage to property or other equipment resulting from the use or installation of the product.
For outdoor products, damage resulting from installation or use that does not comply with the product's specified installation requirements or intended operating conditions is also excluded from this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact Wezlo Customer Support and provide:
Proof of purchase.
Product name or model.
A description of the problem.
Photos or videos showing the issue, if requested.
Other information reasonably required by Wezlo to evaluate the warranty claim.
Wezlo may request that you return the defective product or provide additional information before approving a warranty claim.
If the product is determined to be covered under this warranty, Wezlo will provide the applicable warranty remedy at no charge for the product or replacement part.
Warranty Remedy
Repair or replacement of the defective product or applicable component is Wezlo's sole obligation under this limited warranty.
If the original product is no longer available, Wezlo may replace it with a comparable product of equal or similar functionality.
This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, reinstallation, or other labor associated with replacing the product.
Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from Wezlo or an authorized Wezlo retailer or distributor.
The warranty is valid only during the applicable warranty period and does not extend the original warranty period following repair or replacement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wezlo shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from a warranty claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location.
